Return Policy

You can return any product bought from our store within 14 days of the date of delivery. Here is how:

• Make sure that the products are in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
• Log in into your account with email and password, go to "Returns" section in the "MY PURCHASES" menu, then click the button to complete the return process for the items you wish to return.
• Fashion Outlet will refund exclusively the value of the goods returned, shipping costs of returns will be at your charge, so you can choose your own trusted courier, remembering that the returned items must be delivered within 14 days of your request.
• Prepare the package using the box that your purchase came in, close it carefully and attach the safety stickers that you will find inside the box you received.
• Once we have received the returned items, if your return meets the requirements, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on the bank , it can take up to 30 days to appear on your card statement.

• At this time we cannot offer product exchanges
• You can send your return only from the Country in which you have placed the order
