Below you will find the methods of purchase and the general conditions of online sale reserved for you. By clicking on "I accept the conditions of sale" within our e-commerce you will explicitly accept the following:
- subject of the contract: the items in our e-commerce can be purchased while stocks last in compliance with these conditions of sale, which are an integral part of the purchase contract; it is however possible that some items will be withdrawn from sale without prior notice;
- obligations for the buyer: by accepting these conditions of sale, the buyer guarantees under his own responsibility the truthfulness of all the data provided during registration and at the time of the order, undertaking to indemnify Fashion Outlet s.r.l. from any claim or action in connection with the purchase that is due to the provision of false or incomplete information;
- completion of the contract: sending the order by filling in the appropriate form on the site has the value of a purchase proposal for the selected items and implies acceptance of these conditions of sale and consent (pursuant to art.10 Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Fashion Outlet srl aimed at fulfilling the order itself. The purchase will be completed upon receipt by the buyer of the order fulfillment confirmation sent by Fashion Outlet s.r.l. This confirmation will be sent when the purchased items are ready for shipment and, in case of payment by credit card, only if the payment is successful. In the absence of such confirmation, the contract cannot be considered perfected. In the event that the order cannot be completely processed, for example due to the unavailability of some of the requested items, Fashion Outlet s.r.l. will promptly inform the buyer and refund the amount of the missing items as soon as possible;
- prices and taxes: all prices on the site are in Euros and include VAT. The price list published on the Site is valid at the time of purchase and may be modified by Fashion Outlet s.r.l. at any time without notice. These conditions of sale may also be modified, as well as offers, discounts, promotions and in general all the contents of the site. Any change cancels and replaces the previous contents and information. It is understood that once the order has been placed, the relative prices and conditions can no longer be changed. The cost of the items is automatically added by the site and the costs for the delivery of the items are part of the total cost of the order;
- payments: payment can be made by choosing one of the following methods: credit card, Paypal or cash on delivery. Payment by credit card takes place through the Nexi provider to which the site automatically redirects if this payment method is chosen. In order to make the payment, the buyer is required to provide Nexi with the data relating to his credit card. These data will be processed in encrypted mode directly by the Nexi server and therefore Fashion Outlet s.r.l. will in no way be able to process or archive them. Nexi will arrange through the international authorization circuits to obtain authorization for the transaction from the Institute that issued the credit card. In case of payment through the Paypal system, the buyer is redirected to the Paypal site to complete the transaction. If the buyer chooses the cash on delivery, the amount to be paid must be paid directly to the courier. For the cash on delivery payment method there are additional costs of € 4.00.
- delivery methods: for items available at the time of the order, delivery will be made in Italy by courier to the address indicated in the order as quickly as possible and in any case within five working days of order fulfillment confirmation. These times are indicated only as an indication and cannot be considered binding in any case; Fashion Outlet srl undertakes only the obligation to deliver the goods by returning them to the courier in charge of carrying out and / or having the delivery carried out (Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code) and cannot be held responsible for any delay by the courier in delivery. of the items to be purchased. In case of absence of the recipient at the time of the first delivery, the courier will try to follow a second delivery, after which in case of further absence of the recipient, he will leave a notice of stock and will keep the items available to the recipient who will have to personally collect in the place and within the terms indicated in the notice itself. - right of withdrawal: you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. - effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for the payments you made in our favor, concerning the items purchased, the delivery costs are not included in the reimbursement, if they have been paid. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund is suspended until receipt of the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by us.

- warranty and replacement: pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, art. 128 et seq.), Fashion Outlet s.r.l. guarantees that the items purchased through its site are free from flaws and defects. The items for sale on the site are described and made visible in an accurate way and corresponding to the characteristics actually possessed; however, it is not possible, for technical reasons, to guarantee the exact correspondence to the reality of the images and colors as they appear on the buyer's monitor. In the event that the buyer should find flaws or defects in the items purchased, or in the event that items that do not conform to what was ordered were delivered, the buyer himself must report such defects, defects or non-conformities promptly and in any case within two months from discovery of the defect; otherwise, the articles must be understood as accepted at the time of delivery. The communication must be made through the appropriate procedure indicated on the site at this address. The buyer will then be contacted by Fashion Outlet s.r.l. in order to agree on the return methods; in no case will unauthorized returns be accepted. Items returned to the sender as defective or non-compliant will be examined by Fashion Outlet s.r.l. for the purpose of verifying the existence of their defects or non-compliance with the agreement; only in the event of a positive outcome of this examination, Fashion Outlet s.r.l. will refund the purchase price through the payment method used by the buyer or by bank transfer. This warranty is not applicable and therefore ceases in relation to what the Consumer knew or could not ignore by using ordinary diligence in the visual inspection at the time of delivery of the goods; to items that show defects or non-conformities deriving from accidents or negligence of the buyer; to articles showing defects deriving from normal aging, exposure to light, heat and / or atmospheric agents; to items that have been tampered with and / or damaged; to defective items due to misuse, abuse, bad storage;
- force majeure: Fashion Outlet s.r.l. will not be liable in the event of delays, malfunctions, interruptions in the functioning of the Site and in the execution of the sales contract caused by events of force majeure, tampering or interventions or other facts of third parties, unforeseeable and beyond the reasonable control of Fashion Outlet s.r.l .;
- final clauses: the purchase agreement between the buyer and Fashion Outlet s.r.l. however, it will be considered concluded in Italy and will be governed by Italian law. Although not expressly regulated by these general conditions of sale, please refer to the provisions of the Civil Code and the special laws applicable in Italy. For any dispute deriving from this contract or relating to it, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the purchaser will be competent if located in the territory of the Italian Republic, while the Court of Bologna, Italy, will have exclusive jurisdiction in any other case. The authentic text of the conditions of sale is the one in Italian; any translations into other languages are in no case to be considered binding for Fashion Outlet s.r.l.
